The challenge
Amateur football clubs, churches and NGOs depend on informal fundraising — raffles, WhatsApp groups, paper ledgers. The founder of Contribui+ wanted to professionalize this with a digital membership model, but needed a technical partner to get the product off paper fast, at MVP cost.
The solution
We built the complete SaaS: multi-tenant architecture (each institution with its own isolated data, plans, raffles and sponsors), a gamified digital membership card, a 3-level admin panel (platform owner, institution admin and member) and production infrastructure with SSL and automated deploys.
The result
Platform live at contribuimais.net.br, with pilot clubs running real subscriptions. The project keeps evolving: a payment gateway and apps on the stores are the next milestones.
