The challenge
Anyone trying to get a driver’s license with an independent instructor in Brazil navigates a sea of generic classifieds and scams. DriveHub was born to be the trustworthy place: independent instructors verified one by one, with real profiles and direct contact via WhatsApp.
The solution (in progress)
We act as the full product team: brand identity and landing page (live at drivehubcnh.com.br), platform design (mobile-first, with its own brand guidelines — no templates), app prototypes and an admin panel for instructor approval and lead-source tracking. The project includes AI workstreams for lead qualification and customer service.
