DriveHub CNH: a marketplace of verified driving instructors, from brand to live system

The challenge
Anyone trying to get a driver’s license with an independent instructor in Brazil navigates a sea of generic classifieds and scams. DriveHub was born to be the trustworthy place: independent instructors verified one by one, with real profiles and direct contact via WhatsApp.
The solution
We acted as the full product team, from brand to live system:
- Brand identity and landing page: the front door for students and instructors.
- Complete platform: sign-up for students and instructors, public profiles and direct contact via WhatsApp.
- One-by-one verification: instructors upload their documents, which are kept in a private area, and only appear to students after approval in the admin panel.
- Lead control: the panel shows where each student came from, so the owner knows what works and where to invest.
- Theory test practice: students practice for free and, after seeing their score, can leave their contact. Useful content that also brings in customers.
- Custom design: built for mobile first, with brand guidelines made for the project, no templates.
The result
Platform and landing page live in one month, ready for students and instructors, with the owner in control of who gets in and where every contact comes from.
